First impressions mean a lot! RN Kelly displayed a very pleasant and friendly demeanor, which immediately put me at ease. The quality care I received is a testament to her professionalism and dedication to patient care. She turned a traumatic hospital stay into a pleasant experience. This was my third hospital stay this year. I had the pleasure of having Kelly as my nurse for most of my stay. She is truly God-send. As a cancer patient, good care can be hard to come by, but Kelly changed my mind. She made sure that my everyday needs were met. She made sure that my medication was on time, all the time, which truly helped my recovery. Kelly always tried to make sure I was comfortable while I was dealing with some of the worst pain I've ever felt. She even held my pail for me. Kelly was always there, and I could not express my gratitude enough! Truly exceptional! Her care was a motherly touch that turned sympathy into comfort! Thank you for employing such wonderful nurses!
