Kelly exhibits professionalism, accountability, compassion and collaboration to the fullest extent possible. But, my favorite trait of Kelly's is her passionate love for all of our patients. Occasionally we have patients that are cranky, have poor hygiene, poor emotional outlooks...some would call them downtrodden and invisible persons. I love watching the excitement in Kelly's eyes when I give her report and let her know someone is going to need some extra TLC. When I return for my next shift, every possible need and want has been taken care of for the patient. Kelly will explain details of the person's life that I did not know, which shows me how much time she spends with her patients. I'm always excited when I have a patient that may have had a rough stay and I know Kelly is coming on. I have every confidence that she will meet any needs they may have.
