Kelly listened. She made my husband smile. She helped us coordinate his care and never made us feel like we were asking too much or being too demanding. She helped us make this an opportunity for true healing and recovery because we could focus on him and not be distracted. She placed phone calls for us when we had questions she couldn't answer. She always had quick responses.
Kelly demonstrated true care by her kindness. Her complete respectfulness of our situation and that the first steps to my husband's recovery were allowing his family to be part of the team. She made sure we knew when doctors would be on rounds so we could be part of the discussion. I'll never be able to thank Kelly enough.
