Kelly is an outstanding clinical nurse who I received stellar care from last fall. Kelly twice intervened in significant ways in my mental health care at Harborview. She went above and beyond calling to follow-up on my medication refill when I was temporarily receiving care elsewhere, and a second time when she reviewed my medications with me after I returned to Harborview and patiently answered my questions.
