Kelly was kind, compassionate, and patient. I came in very upset but she remained understanding and calm. She understood why I wanted to keep my own clothing on due to chills and discomfort of anemia and she didn't try to force me to do anything that was unnecessary for my care. Kelly made sure clear instructions were left for the shift after on the white board. She took my temp by hand repeatedly because the sensor temp does not work. Kelly repeatedly asked what I needed and treated me with respect.
