I would like to share my gratitude for Kelly Yurkow when she went above and beyond to help me with my confused and agitated patient. She physically intervened when my patient became severely hostile and combative toward me and did so in a manner that maintained the dignity of the patient. Anyone in the area could have helped but she did so without hesitation. I greatly appreciate her passion and dedication to patient care and her most recent efforts to assure my safety. Thank you.
