Kelsey continuously goes above and beyond to provide exemplary care for her patients. In a particular instance, upon learning that this patient was missing his beloved Phillies games because the channel wasn't available on the hospital’s cable, she signed in to her own YouTube TV account on his tablet so he could watch baseball.
She contacted the Philadelphia Phillies to let them know that a huge fan of the team was in critical condition, and former Phillies player Dickey Knowles visited him as a result. Kelsey has provided care that goes well above and beyond the typical call of duty for a bedside nurse.
