After being in the ER for over 8 hours with my 17-year-old daughter with complications after gallbladder surgery, they got her a room but the only bed available was on the Ortho floor. Her nurse was Kelsey and right away she had such a wonderful bedside manner and made not only my daughter feel completely comfortable, but myself as well. We had other nurses come and go but it was Kelsey who made my daughter's day every time she was her nurse. I believe that she is the best nurse that I have ever seen. We felt like not only was Kelsey an advocate for us, but she was honest, trustworthy and a very compassionate person. My daughter and I looked forward to when Kelsey came back to work because we felt that all of her needs would be met.
