Kelsey showed outstanding compassion and gentleness while caring for me in my intense pain. She spent significant time addressing my needs, answering any questions repeatedly (due to my meds making me foggy and forgetful), calling doctors and the pharmacy, explaining my meds, the doctors' orders and meeting every single need and request I had. She did all this with exceptional patience and pleasantry. Her attitude was always positive and upbeat which cheered and comforted me. She always had a smile on, even when she was dealing with codes in her other patients' rooms. I was deeply impressed with her commitment to excellent care and diligence in following up, her high energy and hard work and above all her compassionate kindness. I was grateful and consider myself lucky to have had such an excellent nurse care for me.
