Kelsey is truly a gift to the nursing profession. She was so patient, helpful, full of positive vibes and a cheerful approach made my mother’s stay at the hospital so much nicer. My mother had a stroke and at first, it appeared to be minor and we thought she would be heading to TRH. But, then she went into A-fib and had other medically related setbacks. Kelsey and the CNA kept my mother calm and comfortable through all the changes. My mother’s stroke evolved and that meant more time in the hospital as well. Kelsey just kept the mood light and positive for my mom and that was a huge help to her. She was funny, energizing, and truly showed interest, not only in my mom’s health but in her stories too.
