While my dad was in ICU, all the nurses on staff were wonderful but Kelsey went out of her way to take care of him. My mom told me she hardly left his room the night his blood pressure was unstable. Anything they needed, Kelsey went out of her way to get it for them. She made them feel comfortable. She gave my father excellent care and has a great passion for her job.
