Kelsey Burks, RN

Being a second-time mom, entering the hospital, I didn’t expect my induced labor to take almost 48 hours and result in a C-section delivery. I was in a lot of pain during my contractions and very scared to get the dreaded epidural. Kelsey was one of a kind. She made the experience very personable and calming. She talked me through my epidural which meant the most to me seeing as though my mother was here for my last child and passed away five years ago. All of the nurses at Baptist were phenomenal to me. Kelsey stood out to me. I can tell you this is more than just a job. It is something she is passionate about. I appreciate her more than she knows and hope her effort never goes unnoticed. She is very smart, affectionate, and respectful. Thank you so much to Baptist and all of the nursing staff. Thank you, Kelsey!
