Our son spent 56 days in NICU. Kelsey spent many nights taking care of our sweet boy. By the end of our stay, we felt like Kelsey was a part of our inner circle. From a dad's perspective, Kelsey was so patient aiding and making me feel comfortable and independent caring for our very small baby. She was the first nurse to assist me in changing our son's diaper, which was a big feat considering how many wires he was attached to. Kelsey encouraged me during that moment when I was extremely nervous. Kelsey had a superb bedside manner, including how she helped these first-time parents navigate the NICU. Kelsey's love for her job radiated every day. We were so thankful for everything she did for us and our son.
