Kelsey is very patient orientated. I never felt that she wasn't completely focused on me every time she was in my room. Kelsey was always prompt in responding to my call light. I always felt that she genuinely cared for me. I just can't come up with the words I want to say regarding Kelsey. I can honestly say "I love her".
