Kelsey Derr, RN

Kelsey took wonderful care of our hospice patient on 6K. She stayed over on her shift to hold his hand and played hymns for him. Even when she needed to increase the medications for comfort, she stayed to make sure he was comfortable. Her care and genuine concern for her patient was evident. What a privilege to work alongside her and it helps us as hospice nurses to feel that our patients’ needs are truly cared for.
