Kelsey made sure I had everything I needed and was as comfortable as I could be throughout my 12 hours with her. She cared so much for us without being over the top. She made me feel like I wasn't just another patient in her busy work life but a person who deserved the best.
Kelsey was clear with communicating what was going on throughout my labor to ease my mind. She showed my husband and I respect, support, and was calm and collected. Her presence was such a positive experience. Kelsey made my husband and I feel as comfortable as possible in our birthing room from making the bed to managing the nitrous oxide, getting water, and snacks.
