Kelsey was the first nurse I met, and it was on the first day I shared what worked for my son. She was super understanding and accommodating. She has been my favorite nurse to work with. She teaches me new things while acting as a facilitator. She has been extremely comforting to me during this stressful time. Kelsey takes time to listen to me and offers words of encouragement. Even when she is not my son's nurse, she comes to check on us. It is comforting to know that my son is in such good hands. She shows professionalism to other colleagues; I have watched her interactions while teaching others. She listens when she needs to and offers support and advice.
