Q4 2024 DAISY Award Recipient Kelsey German I went into preterm labor and had to be rushed to Aberdeen hospital where I had never received care throughout my pregnancy. The experience was over whelming and so scary. Kelsey was one of the nurses who helped me. She stuck with me through it all. She helped me deliver and when my baby died, she gave me such gentle, tender care. She paid attention to all my needs when I wasn’t able to ask. I felt so much comfort and amazing care from her. This was my first baby and during such a traumatic time, Kelsey felt like a light through that storm.
