Kelsey Gilbride, RN

Kelsey Gilbride was my nursing educator while I was starting my orientation to the floor. I worked with Kelsey under the DEU program. My first 2 weeks on the floor, Kelsey was so kind and easy to approach when I had questions regarding my patient's care. She spent time walking me through each step of documentation for my patient. When I finished the DEU program and started working with my preceptor on the floor, I got several compliments on my documentation and thoroughness of patient care. I would not have the confidence in myself I have today if it weren't for Kelsey's overwhelming kindness and support. Kelsey is an amazing nurse, and I am so thankful to have had her as a teacher.
