Shannon and Kelsey brought my dad down to the cath lab for the procedure. Their patience and professionalism made me smile ear to ear. Never experiencing any procedures like this pacemaker one, at 92 years old, my dad was understandably a nervous wreck. Shannon and Kelsey patiently listened to every one of his concerns and requests. They quickly calmed all of his fears and expertly and efficiently got him moving along. No stalling!! These two terrific nurses are clearly in sync with one another and knew exactly how and what to do to help my dad get this procedure over as quickly as possible. They are both highly skilled and caring. They helped everything run smoothly and provided us with a smile as they worked to help my dad. We sincerely appreciate all of the staff's dedication.
