Kelsey was amazing with my son during preop. He is young (4 years old); he was scared to go to surgery, and by the time he was wheeled back, Kelsey had him laughing, smiling, and feeling like a superhero! She was fantastic, giving him his medicine that he did not want to take, but Kelsey helped him take it like a “superhero,” and it was then easy peasy lemon squeezy, as they both said after! She made our experience great, and I felt at ease knowing he was in her hands. Truly an amazing nurse, and so grateful she was here to care for my son during this time.
