Kelsey, an RN on 9th floor, took excellent care of my mother on the nights before her death in October. Kelsey was positive, compassionate, and very professional with my mother and family members. Obviously, this is more than a job to her. The night of my mother’s death was eased by Kelsey’s kindness and presence. I will always remember her for that!
