Our family member was an ICU patient, and Kelsey Murphy was his nurse. Our family member was a difficult patient and required a lot of monitoring and close supervision. Kelsey was attentive, kind, and compassionate. Kelsey was able to get our family member to talk to her about things he hadn't shared yet. She was non-judgmental and very supportive of him. Kelsey made him feel safe and comfortable. Her close eyes on him kept him stable. Kelsey had no issues keeping him calm. Kelsey handled our family member and his situation so well. Kelsey's gentleness, kindness, and knowledge will never be forgotten. Kelsey truly will provide the best of care to absolutely anyone regardless of circumstance. Kelsey is a wonderful example to everyone and I'm so thankful she was involved in our family member's care. Thank you will never be enough!
