From the moment I started working with Kelsey in the Emergency Department two years ago, it became clear that she is a role model not only in the skills she brings to patient care but also in the way she treats every individual she encounters. Her remarkable ability to treat patients with warmth, respect, and compassion stands out to me. She consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring that each patient feels heard, valued, and cared for. It is rare to encounter someone who can be both efficient in their role and maintain such a genuine level of empathy.

What truly sets Kelsey apart is her remarkable positivity. No matter the challenges or demands of the day, she remains optimistic and focused. She has a way of uplifting those around her, creating an environment of support and teamwork. Her ability to maintain a positive attitude, even without complaint, under pressure is truly inspiring. Her attitude helps everyone around her stay motivated, whether it's colleagues, patients, or families.
