It is hard to explain the amazing care and love Kelsey puts in her job. Our son ended up on her floor due to a brain tumor. You can’t imagine as a parent how scary that is. Kelsey came in and performed her job perfectly while also showing love and compassion that made us and our son feel at home. It made a horrible stay seem manageable. Our son ended up losing his battle with cancer, but the level of care and compassion Kelsey pours into her job will be something we will never forget. Kelsey is more than a nurse; she was our angel. Please forgive the sloppy writing. I am writing this note shortly after losing our son. Kelsey meant enough to us that I stopped to write this before we left the hospital. Do whatever it takes to keep her; she takes nursing to another level.
