Kelsey was an outstanding advocate for my wife after her surgery. In the middle of the night, my wife had severe pain and the medications prescribed were not helping. Kelsey stayed by her bedside and made a call to request another medication.
My wife received the new pain medication, the whole time Kelsey was by her side comforting her until it arrived. Kelsey's compassion, dedication, and professionalism should make Henry Ford Health System proud to have her on staff. I know we were glad she was there. All the nurses were exceptional, but the personal touch Kelsey added is due recognition.
