Kelsey Schutter 2025, RN
Kelsey made me laugh. She made it fun. She made me feel better. Laughing brings blood pressure down, and that's what she did.
Kelsey and I walked around the complex about seven or eight times, and the whole time we were walking, we were laughing. We were talking about each other's lives, how God impacted our lives and our families, how great our families were, and how much we loved our families.
She just took my mind off of being in the ICU altogether, and she's a great nurse. She's very smart and she really cared about me. She cared about my health. She explained in detail what my wife and I need to do to keep myself healthy. She wanted me to stay on my meds and not be back in there again because of heart conditions or high blood pressure.
She truly cared for me, and she's a great nurse.
