Kelsey is a warm, caring person who always has a smile and a kind word every time she comes in the room. She will answer questions and explain what is being done and why. She does what needs to be done all the time offering reassurance to the patient who happened to be my mother. As my mother was apologizing for not making it quickly enough to the bathroom Kelsey kept telling her it is no problem and she didn't have to apologize, she was happy to be able to help her. She made my mother's couple days stay brighter by being her nurse.
