Kelsey VandenBorn, RN
So, let me tell you about Kelsey, the nurse who took care of my mother in the MSNICU.
She was an absolute angel.
From the moment she walked into the room, you could just feel her warmth and compassion radiating off of her. She took the time to explain everything that was going on with my mom in a way that we could understand. Her support was truly invaluable!
Kelsey created a sense of trust and security that made all the difference in the world to us. She offered us kind words of encouragement in our sadness and confusion.
Kelsey was patient, kind, and so incredibly understanding of how scary and overwhelming it can be to have a loved one in the hospital fighting for their life. She made sure my mom was comfortable, well-cared for, and most importantly, she treated her with such respect and dignity.
My mother passed, and I will forever be grateful for everything Kelsey did for us during such a difficult time.
Thank goodness for nurses like Kelsey who truly go above and beyond to make a difference in people's lives. I know she made a difference in ours.
