We wanted to let you know of two exceptional nurses we had while our kids were there, Stephanie Smith and Kelsey Zastoupil. Once we were informed that our twins would be born early due to one of them not growing, I was a little concerned to say the least. Also, with these being our first two children, we had a lot to take in once our kids ended up in the NICU. While my wife was recovering from her delivery, we were spending as much time as we could in the NICU and we were both so impressed by Stephanie and Kelsey's bedside manner with our kids. They learned what worked best to calm them when they were screaming for some unknown reason. Both Stephanie and Kelsey were also very good answering any questions we had relating to our kids, the NICU and other things once our kids were discharged. Stephanie and Kelsey both calmed our worries and made the experience we went through much easier to handle. You can be proud of Stephanie and Kelsey as I was able to see how much they cared for our kids while in the NICU. They did an outstanding job and I can't say it enough how grateful we had them early on in the NICU to calm our worries.
