Kelsi was our nurse when our baby was admitted for observation. From the start, she explained everything she was going to do to help ease our anxiety and gave us the reassurance that our little guy was in the best hands. She explained the reason behind her plan and made it possible for us to be able to actually get some rest which is SO hard to do when your little one is sick.
