Kelsi Wilson, RN

Kelsi is brand new to Case Management. She was assigned to an extremely difficult patient who was not safe in his home, had multiple family/social dynamics involved, and limited internal resources. Kelsi took on this case with grace and professionalism, of which she continued this care for nearly a month. She reached out to numerous facilities, APS, lawyers, managers, family members, etc. to coordinate safe and effective care for this patient. She went above and beyond to ensure he had the best discharge plan in place and that it was done legally and as quickly as possible. She is a huge asset to our organization and very good at her new role. Kelsi is a living example of our Core Values. Thank you for being a big part of our team! I appreciate you!
