From the time Kelsie came into my mom's room and introduced herself letting us know she is the nurse for my mother she has been so positive. A real pleasure. My mother had a bad situation all night and Kelsie just never got upset or short or mad or loud. She was just a great professional, letting us know she would be there in just a minute or she would come right away. She was just a pleasure and so patient.
I wish all of the people who want to be a nurse or think they are could be more like Kelsie. She is patient, understanding, kind, helpful, and so polite. Such a pleasure. Just a real professional. I know my mother was not her only patient that night, but she made us feel like we were the only patient and how she managed to do that all night was just wonderful. I cannot thank Kelsie enough for the wonderful care she gave and all the kindness she showed to my mother.
