As I went through diverticulitis with a perforation and a white blood cell count of nearly 18, I was scared and uncertain about what was happening to my body. In those moments, you were there, calm, reassuring, and fully present. You didn’t just treat my condition; you helped me get through it.

Your ability to be so personable and approachable made it easy for me to trust you, even when I was at my most vulnerable. You took the time to listen, to explain things in a way I could understand, and to remind me that I wasn’t alone in what I was facing.

There were moments when I felt like I couldn’t handle the pain or the fear, and your support made all the difference. The way you showed up with empathy, encouragement, and genuine care helped carry me through something I didn’t think I could endure.
