Ken was only my nurse for one day but in his one day I felt as if he addressed and advocated for every single one of my needs. He knew who to contact to ensure that my care was optimized and recognized potential delays before they really caused trouble. He immediatelycorrected and found solutions for things that were 'on hold' or had not been addressed. When he recognized my growing boredom he ran to his car and got audio books to help me pass the time. He was extremely concerned about the care I received and my comfort. He is a true nursing angel.
