Ken Pandong, RN

My mum has been a patient for about 8 weeks. Ken has been her nurse many times during her stay. His care, compassion, commitment, courage, competence, and communication with my mum and my family have been exceptional. He is a credit to the NHS, LGI, and L28. We have had a rough time with my mum and whether it was a phone call to Ken or a face-to-face visit, he answered my questions just how I wanted, and I never left my mum scared to leave her when she was being looked after by such a lovely gentleman. Keep up the good work Ken!
