I was involved in an auto accident. I am in great pain, scared, and don’t know if I’m gonna make it or not because of my heart pain and back. Ken calmed me down. Assured me that everything would be OK. He informed me of what tests I had and gave me pain meds, vitals, etc. He was very professional, and most of all he cared about me as a human being. He wouldn’t leave till I was calm and comfortable, and all questions I had were answered. He knows his job very well, and did a lot before he left. He took his time so I wouldn’t hurt more than I already was it wasn’t just a job for him. He really cared! He treats everyone like family explained so patients would understand. He was acceptable and exceptionable and explained so patients understand. He was exceptional!!!
