Kendal was kind and compassionate in all situations. She had a wonderful and upbeat attitude. She always treated my father with kindness, respect and dignity even though he was unconscious or only semi-conscious much of the time he was in the ICU. She was very diligent with cleanliness and care, and with all patient care functions.

I know that my father appreciated all of her loving kindness toward him. Her demeanor was always exemplary when dealing with us, staff and anyone else I witnessed her deal with.
