We had a close family member test positive for COVID. Since my children were exposed, there was a list of things I had to do to make sure they were safe, and we were complying with Public Health guidelines and requests. I did not yet have access to my son's MyCarle account, which was going to cause delays in getting important information to his school. I message the Windsor Clinic through my daughter's MyCarle account. Kendal responded very quickly. She explained what steps we needed to take for me to gain access to my son's medical information. She provided all the information and documentation I needed. She clearly communicated what I needed to do and how long things were going to take.
As soon as I provided her with the needed information, she set me up with everything I needed. I know in her day this was probably a small task but to a mom who was worried and trying to coordinate a lot, she made a big difference in making things easier for me. I am so grateful for Kendal's prompt attention to our needs, clear communication, and compassionate response. Thank you.
