Our first encounter with Kendalisa was when we were called about Uncle F's coding. Once I arrived at his room, he had passed away. She was very compassionate, loving and a great listener. It was comforting to hear how she was with Uncle F when he coded, worked with him through the resuscitation and death. Her calming words gave just the information needed to help us process his death. Her expertise was seen and so appreciated. Kudos to her and she deserves accolades for going beyond the call of duty to answer my many phone calls and needs.
