My 93-year-old mother was admitted to your facility for abdominal pain and shortness of breath. Everyone was excellent, but needless to say, our family was concerned about her health. Kendall introduced herself, and I immediately felt at ease with her confidence and compassion. Throughout our stay, Kendall continued to show her exceptional nursing care, compassion, and patient education. She kept us updated and informed, answered our frequent questions and concerns, and treated my mother with a gentle touch and warm heart. This special nurse restored my faith in a profession I love. She went above and beyond and should be recognized.
