Kendall Fletcher, LPN

I would like to nominate Kendall Fletcher for a DAISY Award for the true spirit of what a nurse is, 24 hours a day. I’ve had this nurse only for 5 days, but I have been watching her. She has been so kind and always cares about my needs, whether I am in pain, how I’m feeling, and whether the room is warm enough. She makes sure you are very comfortable, is always smiling, and always asks how you are doing and how the family is to let you know she cares about you. When your pain pills are due, she is always there or if you need something else.

I watch her in the gym with patients, she held their hand she gave them meds to make sure they all went down with care. She had conversations with them, and they both left with a smile.
