Note to Kendall: I cannot begin to thank you for how amazing you are. Thank you for your kindness, dedication and healing touch. I was so lucky to have you all the days I was in the hospital. You made every day better, no matter how much pain I had. Your great sense of humor is such a gift to have. You always went above and beyond; you should be training some people. Your professionalism, care and compassion were outstanding and I can't thank you enough.

Kendall has been my nurse for 4 days. From day 1, she has been awesome from every encounter. She really takes the time to listen to patient/family concerns, explains answers to questions thoroughly and she just goes above and beyond with her care. She is not afraid to call doctors to get questions answered and improve my care situation; she makes suggestions on her own and offers things that might help. Kendall was also very good to her co-workers and showed exceptional patience and dedication to training and mentoring the nursing student who was helping her one day.
