Kendee Bartolome, RN

While I was in the Russell ICU, another patient was being obnoxious, non-compliant, and verbally abusive to several members of the hospital staff. Kendee kept her cool while working with this patient. It was a bit of a challenge. Kendee was also assigned to me and was very pleasant. I was impressed with her demeanor and how she did not show how she may have felt inside. She maintained an excellent bedside manner with this patient.
