Kendel was an amazing nurse to our sweet daughter. She always listened to our concerns and addressed them with the healthcare team. We were so blessed to have her advocate for us during the difficult times in the ICU. Our minds and hearts were at ease each day that Kendel was our daughter's nurse. We felt assured that she would always follow good nursing practice, and that she would be attentive to her condition and needs. Above all, we were so privileged to experience Kendel's tender compassion toward our daughter and our family. We saw her cry in response to the heartache in the ICU, and as our daughter cried, she would gently stroke her arms and speak soft words to her. Kendel was amazing, and we walked away feeling so loved and cared for by her!
