My mom fell and broke her hip. She has had multiple complications that resulted in her needing to be transferred to the IMU. I wish I could thank everyone who has provided care to my mom, but Kendra stands out. She has been so compassionate, caring, and gentle with my mom. She actually listens to my concerns, and my mom looks so comfortable with Kendra around. She talks to my mom before doing things even though my mom isn’t the most responsive patient. Kendra, words cannot express how grateful I am for what you do. It may seem little to you, but it means the world to my family, who loves that little lady in the bed!
