This was my first time in the hospital with all the computers and automation. My first observation was how "robotized" it all is and feels. Then I met nurse Kendra. Not only is Kendra a talented and experienced nurse, she obviously enjoys what she does and is well respected by her peers. She has found that perfect middle ground, working with the technology but always preserving the personal touch. As I did while staying at Bethesda, watch the movie, Trouble with the Curve, and you will understand, it's not all in the computer.
