To whom it may concern, Nurse Johnson, Kendra showed me and the person next to me in the room a high level of care to the both of us. Each time we needed help she was the first in our room. Her effects made my stay joyful. She went up and beyond her nurse duties. She is an assest to the VA staff. Time and time again, her smile warmed up the room. Her conversation was respectful. She listened to our requests. Everything she did was professional. She has a heart for serving people.
