I was very agitated because I was waiting a very long time for MRI tests, unexpectedly they came for me and took me down. When I returned she pulled up my records and showed me my scans and we looked at my brain. She also helped me understand the medication changes being prescribed. In every way, Kendra was kind, considerate, compassionate and calming-everything you'd expect from a nurse. She was also knowledgeable about anything I asked - from identifying parts of my brain on MRI scan to different meds. She also helped change my times for meds and allowed me to sleep and rest. She represents all the best Sentara VB provides patients.
