Kendra was waiting in the room for me as I was brought in from the front desk and immediately started to try and make me comfortable. I was in a lot of pain, so Kendra worked quickly to get Dr. M in my room. She also checked in often and gave me more pain medications when they were needed. I ultimately needed surgery to remove my gallbladder, but I never felt alone because Kendra was by my side.
